Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of holohouse.ca and purchases from Holo House. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Products and orders

Holo House sells display frames and related display components for trading cards. Trading cards are not included unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Product sizes and compatibility options vary. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct frame size and card format shown on the product page.

For graded-card versions, the graded card or slab is not included and a separate magnetic raw-card case is not included. Product photographs may show cards or accessories for demonstration purposes.

We may accept, decline, or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the selected storefront currency. Applicable taxes, duties, and import charges may be added or collected as required. Payment is due when the order is placed through our secure checkout.

Shipping

Standard worldwide shipping is free on every order. Estimated production and delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, destination, or events outside our control. Full details appear in our Shipping Policy.

Final sale and order issues

All sales are final once an order is placed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or unfulfilled orders will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Accuracy and availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, compatibility information, prices, and availability accurate. Colours and appearance may vary by screen and by the handcrafted or made-to-order nature of the product. We may correct errors and update or discontinue products without notice.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property and third-party marks

Holo House branding and original website content may not be reproduced without permission. Product and game names belonging to third parties are used only to identify compatibility or the subject of a display. Holo House is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, or other applicable rights holders.

Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, shipping, or other service providers. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Holo House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in a customer’s place of residence.
