Worldwide Shipping

Holo House ships worldwide from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. No minimum purchase or bundle is required.

Delivery estimate

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, and peak periods.

Tracking

When tracking is available, details will be emailed after the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking link.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by Holo House.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Email holohousecollectibles@gmail.com immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after shipment.

Lost or damaged shipments

If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact holohousecollectibles@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage claims, photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the carrier information and help resolve the issue.
