Shipping

Free shipping on every order. Worldwide. No minimum. One frame or ten, to Halifax or Tokyo, you pay nothing for postage.

• Delivery: most orders arrive within 5 to 14 business days depending on where you are.
• Tracking: emailed to you the moment your order ships.
• Where we ship: worldwide.

Custom orders

Custom frames are made to order. Here is how it runs:

1. You send us the card and the look you want.
2. We design the art in-house and email you a mockup within 24 hours.
3. Nothing gets printed until you approve it.
4. Once approved, we print, build and ship.

Because every custom piece is designed around one specific card, add a few extra days on top of normal delivery time.

Returns

• Pre-made frames: return within 30 days as long as the frame is undamaged.
• Custom orders: non-refundable once you have approved the mockup and we have printed it. That said, if there is a quality problem on our end we will always make it right.

Damaged in transit

Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement immediately. No questions, no arguing.

Your card is safe

Your card never touches anything that could damage it. It sits in a penny sleeve inside an Ultra Pro Mini Snap hard case, and the N52 magnet attaches to the case, never the card.
